Paralegal (Personal Injury Experience)-1436

Schlacter Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury cases to support attorneys in the management and preparation of both pre-litigation and litigation matters. This role is critical in handling case documentation, client communications, and coordination with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in personal injury claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with Personal Injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and other bodily injury claims.
• Manage cases from intake through settlement or litigation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as demand letters, medical summaries, pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence, and settlement packages.
