**What BP desk is doing**ACSL manages a large range of IT resellers (referred to as BP - Business Partner) around the world.The BP desk is managing the relation with all these BP's.We have more than 20 people working for our BP desk, they all report to the BP desk teamleaders who report to the BP desk manager.Our Partner Support Specialists (PSS's) are located in various countries around the world and work from home or from one of our co-working spaces.
