Job Description

As a Pastry B, you support the pastry section of the kitchen while working closely with the Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, and Sous Chef to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operation of the pastry section
  • Prepare and present desserts following established recipes and standards
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all pastry and dessert offerings
  • Support mise en place and daily production requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry area
  • Follow instructions from senior chefs and support team coordination
  • Assist in basic production planning as required
  • Contribute to food cost control by minimizing waste and following portion standards
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
