Payroll Analyst / Analista de Nómina | COLOMBIA

Purpose

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Total Rewards Senior Manager in executing the payroll process for assigned markets in Latin America, Central America and Caribbean and Europe. This position will support in ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee payments while adhering to established payroll practices and procedures.

Functions

• Collecting and verifying payroll inputs for assigned markets.
• Execute the payroll process accurately and timely, in collaboration with the payroll provider.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
• Assist in resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies from employees and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Total Rewards Specialist and Total Rewards Manager on special projects and process improvements.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist in analyzing payroll-related data as needed.
