What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Payroll & Labor Relations Supervisor (Replacement Pre-Post Natal) . Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of payroll and separation processes across the 5 countries of operation, guaranteeing local regulatory compliance, precision in payroll calculations, settlements and severance payments, and the continuous improvement of compensation processes and systems at a regional level, including centralization initiatives and internal client service.

Functions & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the monthly payroll process across the defined countries, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance and on-time payment.
• Manage separation processes (resignations, terminations, retirements), including the calculation of severance pay, settlements and indemnifications in accordance with local regulations in each country.
