What you’ll do:
Operating in a diverse and highly competitive retail environment, the Team Member will perform their responsibilities in line with our Core Values and Brand, including but not limited to:
You will contribute to providing Services in a diverse number of areas such as: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Coaching, Performance Management, Training and Development, Investigations, Employee Relations, and Total Rewards.
You will be required maintain a high level of confidentiality, positivity and reliability.
You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, professional standards and applicable laws and regulation;
You will participate in updating work documents.
You will provide support for compensation & benefits, health & safety, employee wellness, attendance management, diversity & inclusion and job profile maintenance.
