**Position purpose:**
Participates in developing and leading the strategy to integrate Performance Excellence thinking into the culture of the organization. Coaches/trains individuals and teams throughout the organization from front line associates to middle management in problem identification and resolution using Performance Excellence (PE) principles and tools while achieving sustainable positive results for the organization. Trains Performance Excellence Specialists through their development plans.
**Minimum qualification:**
+ Bachelor’s degree (accredited by national accrediting agency approved by the U.S. Secretary of Education).
+ Two years operational experience in improvement-based role with proven outcomes. One year in full-time improvement coaching role. Experienced in some concepts/tools of a lean management system including some understanding of lea...
