Work independently with your law clerk / paralegal to prosecute all plaintiffs' cases in a timely manner and to achieve a fair, reasonable and timely resolution.
Meet with clients and build cases from inception / pre-litigation through to discovery, mediation, pre-trial and trial.
Maintain a weekly target of fair and reasonable settlements in order to ensure clients are receiving excellent results and the firm is generating regular revenue.
Collaborate with other associate lawyers and firm owners on case development and strategies.
Be continually engaged in continuing legal education, reading case law, attending legal conferences and learning how to improve your litigation knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
3+ years of Post Call (Ontario) experience
