Heart Failure/Transplant - Central New York The faculty practice consists of 15 cardiologists, 2 surgeons, and 18 advanced practice clinicians Academic appointment with Columbia University, and clinical affiliation with their advanced heart failure service Outpatient, Inpatient and Regional Patient Care Teaching of cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students Salary Range: $500,000 - $545,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards Group offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
