Responsibilities
- Supporting material planning and replenishment activities through data analysis from MRP and ERP systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, shortages, and excess stock, helping identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Assisting in the creation, automation, and maintenance of Excel-based reports and dashboards to track material flow KPIs.
- Supporting purchase order follow-up and data accuracy, helping ensure system information aligns with operational reality.
- Participating in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives, including automation of repetitive tasks.
- Collaborating with planning, warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to support daily execution and material availability.
- A strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
