Your role/duties

This is a career role. You will enjoy this work as it is not easy and can be complex (statutory interpretation and administrative law). As there is a large local Council practice, there is some 70% litigation – Local Court, Court of Appeal and Land & Environment Court (the enforcement matters will be briefed out but the Class 1 and merit appeals, the Partners and Special Counsel run themselves). You will also act for large developers – infrastructure, wind and solar farms.

Skills & experience

At the 2-7 year level – high performing, hard working, team player who can mentor juniors. Demonstrated interest in the area.
