Plant Finance Controller

Lead end-to-end finance for the Mexico manufacturing plant, serving as the primary finance business partner for the plant management team.
Oversee plant financial operations, cost accounting, compliance, and reporting to support operational efficiency, profitability, and internal controls.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Month-End CloseOwn monthly plant close, P&L, balance sheet, and inventory reconciliations; prepare local statutoryand management reports.Support dual GAAP reporting (U.S. GAAP/IFRS) and timely consolidation into North America books.Cost Accounting & ProfitabilityManage standard cost, variance analysis (material/labor/overhead), and inventory valuation.Monitor plant KPIs (productivity, scrap, yield, OEE) and drive cost optimization initiatives to improve plant EBIT.Analyze margin drivers and support pricing/costing decisions for local production.Compliance, Tax & USMCAEnsure adherence to local Mexican tax, labor, and customs regulations; support USMCA co...
