We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Podcast Video Editor to join our team. This role is responsible for editing podcast content into engaging long-form and short-form videos optimized for audience retention and social media performance.

The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, internet culture, and how to create high-performing content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities

• Edit podcast episodes for YouTube and other digital platforms
• Create engaging short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts
• Improve viewer retention through pacing, cuts, captions, sound design, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate with producers and creative teams to align with content direction and deadlines
