Position Objective
Ensure seamless execution of the Recruitment process in early stages with candidates (first contact, schedule management, documentation organization, completion of internal formats and policies follow up) promoting our employer brand as the best choice.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Posting new vacancies internally and externally
- First contact with candidates (prescreening)
- Documentation and e-file management
- Process follow up
- Onboarding
- Reach out to schools and creation of agreements
- Job fairs
- Responsible of critical positions’ candidates pool project
- Posting critical positions in job boards, in order to filter and recruit trainee candidates
- Creation of trainee surveys
- Trainee meetings
- Support with contacting candidates, documents reception and registration in the system
