About The Role
We are hiring a Pre-Installation Support Specialist to work directly with international clients, guiding them through the pre-installation process and ensuring everything is ready before go-live.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously during the pre-installation phase
- Guide clients through checklists and required documentation
- Identify missing requirements and follow up until completion
- Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for implementation
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English (B2+ or higher) with real client interaction
