About the Role

As an Offer & Solutions Engineering Manager (OSEM) within our Project & Services team, you'll be the bridge between our customers' challenges and Thales' most innovative solutions. Working closely with the sales team, you'll lead technical engagements from the very first conversation to the final proposal — making sure every solution we offer is technically solid, commercially competitive, and tailored to each client's needs.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main technical interface between customers, partners, and the internal solutions team throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Understand and translate complex customer requirements into compelling, tailored technical solutions.
  • Lead technical workshops, product presentations, and consulting sessions with prospects and strategic clients.
