**Responsibilities**- Teach a preschool class part of the day, modeling Colossal's hands-on, play-based, and inquiry-driven approach.
- Design lessons that are personalized, relevant, and build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
- Support teachers in planning and delivering experiential, values-aligned curriculum.
- Mentor and coach staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Build strong relationships with families and connect learning to the community.
- Manage enrollment, compliance, and daily preschool operations.
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred).
