Job PurposeThe Procurement Coordinator is responsible for implementing sourcing strategies for key raw material categories including oils, fruits, nuts, starches and derivatives across LATAM and potentially North America.The role ensures full alignment with the global sourcing strategy while building a resilient, competitive and sustainable supplier network that supports the Ice Cream Business Unit's growth, profitability and purpose agenda.This position plays a critical role in delivering value, securing supply continuity, driving portfolio savings and strengthening strategic supplier partnerships in a dynamic FMCG environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing Strategy & Supplier NetworkImplement regional sourcing strategies aligned with global category strategies.Define and manage the preferred supplier list.Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships focused on value creation and long‐term growth.Conduct supplier scanning and benchmarking to identify competitive opportunities.Dev...
