Product Management Associate - Mexico City

This role is part of the Surgery team at Johnson & Johnson, focused on product management for surgical technologies that improve patient outcomes.

• Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for assigned products / portfolio.
• Work with the regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies.
• Contribute to the development of brand strategies for products, services, and programs, including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
• Design and drive the go‑to‑market strategy for the entire product portfolio.
• Lead new product launches, ensuring market opportunity, product positioning, sales messaging, sales strategy, pricing, inventory, and sales promotion.
