Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain or Related Fields
• Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing or Factory experience
• Experience in automotive business
• Experience in mechanic assembly process

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation skills recommended
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to function independently and multi-task
• Must have ability to remain versatile in a dynamic high pressure work environment
