Production Manager

Global manufacturing company is looking for a Production Manager responsible for leading and optimizing all production operations within a wiring harness manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved.

• Lead and manage all production operations for wiring harness and cable assembly processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and automotive regulatory standards.
• Ensure stable and efficient production flow across cutting, crimping, assembly, testing, and final inspection areas.
• Drive achievement of KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, scrap, and conversion costs.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing principles tailored to wiring harness production (line balancing, labor optimization, takt adherence, waste reduction).
