Identify, evaluate, and sequence the demand for our units required by customers.
Activate and maintain the parameters of critical installed capacities (bottlenecks).
Schedule the manufacturing of MRP items and control inventories.
Meet the on-time delivery indicator for business units.
Monitor and/or support the achievement of the monthly PTO target.
Monitor the compliance with the production plan.
