Production Planning and Control Scheduler

The Production Planning and Inventory Control Supervisor (PPIC) is responsible for timely preparation and dissemination of corporate production plan to meet the sales forecast in finished goods and other similar items. He/She is also responsible for the preparation of material requirements in order to meet the production plan and schedule; ensuring the smooth and efficient process of the end-to-end material requirements planning.

• Review the demand trend, actual sales vs forecasts, actual production vs plan using standard statistical tools.
• Prepare the monthly Material Requirement Plan based on the approved production plan.
• Review the progress of production compliance to plans.
• Review the availability of material vs requirement and prepare the requisition for materials.
