Production Supervisor III

The Opportunity

This position works out of our Costa Rica – Alajuela location in the Structural Heart Division. 

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.

As the Production Supervisor III (NPIs), you will provide leadership to the production teams to deliver the business results and expectations on a day to day basis for one or more production areas. This position requires training in human resources/people skills, quality systems, and manufacturing processes. The position is responsible for ensuring that standard production processes are maintained and that safety, quality and production volumes are met.
