This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in Auburn Hills, MI.
As we expand our global presence, we're seeking a Technical Engineer to execute various Lithium-Ion Battery's cell, module, and pack DV/PV testing to support our EV transportation projects. The successful candidate has an opportunity to contribute to a world-class battery lab from the launch stage all the way to the full operation.
+ Define project scope, develop investigation plans, and establish project specifications by analyzing client input, data, and product details.
+ Prepare quotes for the battery testing projects in collaborate with the sales team to ensure competitive pricing for our customers.
+ Draft RFQ for external testing partner laboratories when in-house capacity is at maximum.
+ Conduct or oversee tests at client sites, often requiring travel.
+ Initiate client communication to promote services, address technical issues, and negotiate project terms.
