Job Description
As the Program Manager dedicated to the electric battery adhesives market, you will lead the conception, design, development, prototyping, and industrialization of adhesive solutions for battery cell and module components and assemblies. More specifically, your responsibilities are:
- Lead the design and development of pressure-sensitive adhesive products for EV battery applications.
- Select materials and collaborate with suppliers to source and develop components.
- Support prototype builds and ensure product validation through component and material testing.
- Act as a technical interface between Adhex development teams and customers, from project initiation through product launch.
- Collaborate closely with customer plants and engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical and production requirements.
