**What’s the role?**
Initiate, plan, coordinate, and execute projects that will result in the seamless and efficient delivery of service to B2B customers. Lead operations and technical teams, as well as multifunctional local and regional service teams for implementation. Additionally, the person will have the responsibility to lead teams incorporating customers and third-party system integrators. Maintain Project Management Knowledge and Tool Centre.

**Create project charter, stakeholder reports, communication and reporting plan**
+ Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals, from initial development through implementation.
