Job Description: Psychology Counselor Reports to: HOS Job Summary The Psychology Counsellor is responsible for providing emotional, psychological, and social support to students, staff, and parents as needed. The counsellor will address individual and group concerns, promote mental well-being, and work collaboratively with teachers and administrators to create a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities Counselling Services: Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students to address academic, emotional, and social challenges. Provide support for students experiencing stress, anxiety, bullying, or other mental health concerns. Assessment and Guidance: Assess students' psychological needs using appropriate tools and techniques.
