Quality Assurance Engineer - Solar / BESS

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Quality Assurance Engineer- Solar.

• Support to maintain and enhance Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2015 or TL 9000 to assure continue quality improvement.
• Identify improvement areas for assuring operation as aligned with company directions.
• Review and improve processes & procedures related to the quality control and service assurance.
• Manage the non-conformance and provide effective resolution and improvement.
• Developing, preparing, analysis and distributing periodic SLA/KPI reports and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Perform internal quality audits and responsible for implementation of corrective actions from all audits and investigations.
• Participates in and manages the analysis of customer complaints related to quality assurance and recommends resolution and corrective action.
