Quality Engineer

In conjunction with more senior engineers, plans, develops and implements techniques and programs to ensure that quality levels are maintained in accordance with the organization's quality standards.
- Collaborates to establish specifications, controls and quality metrics, including participation in reviewing PFMEA and Control Plans.
Monitor, identify, fill-gaps as well as develop various controls to improve process and product quality.
- Lead Validation Early-Stage Control projects on new and modified processes and products following ESC standards.
Ensure output are within LKY's standard's and launched on-time.
- Perform internal and/or external process audits to quickly identify issues and develop countermeasures with various stakeholders.
- Monitor various data sources to identify, contain and lead resolution to process and product quality issues.
