Are you an experienced real estate agent living permanently on Costa del Sol, looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and want to help you succeed?

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact buyers who want to buy their dream home and/or invest in a property.
• Maintain ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and identify and manage new properties for sale.
• Build long-term customer relationships and work efficiently.
• Take initiative and work independently while offering creative solutions.
• Flexible working hours; be on site for viewings when the customer is available.

Qualifications

• Experienced and driven real estate agent who loves sales and doing business.
• Strong initiative, independent work ethic, and creative problem-solving ability.
• Driving licence, own car, fluent in English and Swedish; additional language skills (Dutch, German, Frenc...
