Real Estate Follow Up Specialist

We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Follow-Up Specialist to support our real estate acquisitions team.

This role is focused on high-volume outbound follow-up calls , warming up homeowners who have already expressed interest, and live-transferring motivated sellers to our acquisitions managers.

This is not a closing role and does not require real estate experience. It does require comfort on the phone, strong English communication skills, and the ability to follow a proven script with discipline.

What Success Looks Like In This Role

• Consistently hitting daily call targets
• Live-transferring motivated sellers to acquisitions daily
• Following the scripts and processes without deviation
• Keeping clean CRM notes so the team can move fast
• Showing urgency, reliability, and ownership every day

Compensation: $8 - $11 hourly
