Real Estate Salesperson - Leasing Specialist

This is a unique role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term real estate career while having a consistent, reliable income along the way. As our Leasing Specialist, you will take ownership of all rental activity within the team. We have a high volume of rental inquiries and opportunities, far more than our current agents can handle, creating a strong and consistent flow of leasing business.

You’ll work with both landlords and tenants, building relationships that naturally convert into future buyers and sellers, while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the business. In addition to leasing, you’ll have the opportunity to take on additional paid field and support tasks, creating a steady income while you grow your pipeline.
