Main responsibilities
- Receive all visitors in a polite manner, helping to channel them with the corresponding contact.
- Respond politely to all calls received, with the purpose of facilitating internal and external communication, in a way that helps to promote a good image of the company.
- Support with the translation of any assigned document to facilitate internal and external communication.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, prepare and coordinate coffee break for Staff meetings.
- Support Staff members and HR department in different activities or requirements.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum education required: high school or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Experience in handling switch telephone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Bilingual 90% (English Spanish).
