Job Description

A GEPSA receptionist is generally in charge of relations with visitors of detainees (for the correctional facilities) or retained persons (for the administrative detention centres). Depending on how the site is organized and on the person’s career path, he/she may be given such duties as :

  • Receiving the families in person
  • Spoken reservations by phone
  • Childcare (full BAFA required).
