At Discovered, we help growing companies improve the quality of their hires and reduce time to fill through better hiring systems, software, and support. We are looking for a Client Success Specialist who can deliver an exceptional client experience while also bringing real‑world knowledge of the recruiting and hiring process .

This is not a generic customer support role. We need someone who understands how hiring works in the real world – someone who has recruiting experience and can confidently help clients solve both platform questions and hiring‑process challenges.

To be clear this is not a recruiter position.

However we REQUIRE recent experience as a recruiter.

Agency recruiting with diverse recruiting experience is preferred over in house recruiters

Required: C2 Proficient / Near-native Perfect non-native level; very close to native
