This individual will lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles (maintenance staff, property managers, assistants, accountants, and more) while also managing HR operations, compliance, and process improvement.The ideal candidate is flexible, strategic, and personable, with strong organizational skills and the ability to balance people-focused recruiting with the detail-oriented administration of HR, legal, and compliance functions.
