Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiting Junior Specialist to support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
- Identify and attract candidates for Customer Service and back-office roles
- Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and support background processes
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs
- Maintain recruitment metrics and tracking reports
- Ensure a consistent and efficient hiring process
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in recruiting
- Experience sourcing candidates using different tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
