Job DescriptionDevelop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including database maintenance referral generation, head hunting, advertisement/Job postings, direct sourcing, cold calling and networking to improve staffing services, & reduce dependency on Jobsite.
Handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT Recruitment from sourcing to screening, short-listing to interview follow-ups till the closures. Recruiting from middle to top management level.
Headhunting & LinkedIn hiring. Identify the right match acc. to requirement, Study the resume deeply, and understand the reason for change.
Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.
Salary negotiation with the short-listed candidates.
Handle the queries, give briefing & identify the missing gaps and finally shortlist the candidate.
Formulating & modification of HR policies.
Handling various HR reports (HR dashboard, Headcount repo...
