Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services within the assigned category in alignment with category management objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable commercial terms.
- Partner with global sites to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with the global strategy.
- Lead the creation, negotiation, and management of supplier contracts and contract management.
- Monitor and assess supplier performance against KPIs and quality standards.
- Maintain supplier documentation (NDAs, Framework Agreements, Code of Conduct, etc.).
- Creating and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Ensure made-to-order items are produced and delivered as per specifications and timelines.
- Follow up on non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality department.
