Job Description

Slalom is looking for a Director of Customer Experience (CX) for Latin America, based in Mexico. This leader will oversee the design teams in Mexico and Colombia while representing the CX capability in internal and client discussions. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years in experience design and strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities include leading delivery oversight, building and managing teams, and ensuring high quality client satisfaction. This role emphasizes both strategic insights and hands-on contributions to design.
