• Leading and managing retail banking operations across a specific region, focusing on strategic planning, profitability and team leadership of Area Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Operation and Service Head to achieve financial targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Strategically planning & analyzing how to drive team’s performance, productivity and engagement.
• Developing and executing regional business plans, driving customer acquisition and retention.
• Ensuring operational efficiency, risk and regulatory compliance.
• Driving and developing Regional’s profitability to be aligned with company’s growth goals, through sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and cost control.
• Managing business growth & business expansion for targeted segment market in each Network Distribution region (affluent, emerging affluent & kiosk).
