Regional Sales Manager - Leapmotor

Provide leadership and coordination in all Stellantis brands (Jeep, FIAT, PEUGEOT, DODGE and RAM) by giving support and guidance to the field force to advance one of the two regions objectives, maximize the portfolio revenue, profitability and productivity and ensure the satisfaction, relation with the dealer, service and parts business future growth.

Strategic (30%)

• Build and maintain professional trust relationships with the Dealer network.
• Coordinate and execute the new professional network that was generated with the Row to Growth (RTG) strategy to attack the light vehicle market
• Coordinate with the team the strategy to attack all the small enterprises and the non-fleet client that use passenger an LCV vehicles
• Create specific actionable commercial strategies, plans, policies and budgets.
