How you will contribute
You will:
Build a high performing, future ready sales team that consistently delivers results. Develop and motivate the team and work closely with sales capability to maximize team growth through effective coaching and support.
Accountable for fostering high engagement and building a culture of trust within the team.
Create and manage your regional plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required. Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories
