BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION AND/OR JOB EXPERIENCE):
A candidate with 5-7 years of proven technical sales experience, strong leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of the water pump sectorwill excel in driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and generating results.TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE:Candidates should have a solid track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets related to water pump technologies, andpossess a combination of the following skills:Pump Sizing & Selection: Ability to evaluate system requirements and select appropriate pump models for efficiency and reliability.
Hydraulic Analysis: Skilled in performing technical hydraulic calculations, system head curves, and flow analysis to ensure optimal pump performance.
Submersible Turbine Pumps: Hands-on experience with design, installation, and troubleshooting of submersible turbine pump systems.
