We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Transformation Lead – LATAM to lead the evolution and transformation of the Talent Acquisition model for Assurance across Latin America.
The primary focus of this role is to design, drive, and implement strategic transformation initiatives, acting as a key partner to Assurance Regional Leadership and the Talent function. This role will have a direct impact on how the region attracts, plans, and manages talent, ensuring that TA strategies, processes, metrics, and capabilities are fully aligned with business priorities and an increasingly competitive talent market.
