In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, the Remote Practice Registered Nurse practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and core competencies for Remote Certified nursing and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a patient and family centered care model. The Remote Practice Registered Nurse is responsible for providing primary health care and emergency services to the community.
Primary Care Networks are partnerships between the Divisions of Family Practice representing BC’s family physicians, the regional health authorities, the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) and local community partners, along with other community providers...
