In accordance with established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, the RN/RPN practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and working collaboratively and in partnership with the interprofessional care team in the provision of person-centered and recovery-oriented care. The RN/RPN supports patients through transformative mental health treatments using a unique blend of clinical nursing expertise, specialized knowledge in psychedelic-assisted therapies and strong interpersonal skills.
