Join the Surgical Inpatient Team at BC Children’s Hospital, where you’ll play a vital role in the recovery of children undergoing a wide range of surgeries—from neurosurgery and cardiac surgery to orthopedic, urologic, ENT, and plastic procedures. Our unit also supports specialized care for complex conditions like seizures, cranial tumors, spinal injuries, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and more. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including experts in pediatric burn care and pain management through our dedicated Burn Program.
