Work Hours:
Mountain Time 10 AM-6 PM, Monday to Saturday or Mountain time 8AM-4PM, Monday to Saturday (which converts to Morocco Time 5 PM-1 AM, Monday to Saturday or 3PM-11PM, Monday to Saturday) Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer serviceAnswer telephone calls and handle email inquiriesManage a workload of 65-80 calls per day, with increased volume during peak seasons (or 200 tickets per day) Requirements:
